Are my files uploaded?
No. Merge PDF runs in your browser, so your file is processed on your own device and is not uploaded to our server. The page only downloads the free code libraries it needs.
Should I check the downloaded file?
Yes. Open the result and confirm its pages and content before sharing or deleting your original.

Good to know before you merge
Merge PDF keeps every page of every file you select. If you only need some pages from a file, delete the extras first with Remove Pages, or change the page order of the finished document with Organize PDF.
If one of your files is password-protected, open it with Unlock PDF first. Have photos or screenshots to include? Turn them into a PDF with JPG to PDF, then merge.
Merging many scanned pages can create a large file. If it is too big to email, run it through Compress PDF afterwards.

You can select two or more files. Since the work happens in your browser, very large batches depend on your device's memory. If your browser slows down, merge the files in smaller groups and then merge those results together.
Can I change the page order after merging?
Yes. Open the merged file in Organize PDF and type the page numbers in the order you want. Pages you leave out are dropped.
Can I merge PDFs on my phone?
Yes. The tool runs in mobile browsers too. For long documents or many files, a computer is usually faster.
Can I combine images and PDFs?
Convert the images with JPG to PDF first, then select that file together with your other PDFs here.
How do I undo a merge?
Your original files are not changed. You can also break the merged file back into single pages with Split PDF.
